We use Heavy Duty Sealers blended specifically for the Northwest. Made in the state of Washington.
Heavy Duty Sealer Fibers are added for reinforcement creating a more durable coating. Highly Durable Sealer provides a tough surface reducing power steering marks. Our sealer is formulated specifically to protect and enhance asphalt pavement surfaces. Commercial or residential parking areas we will coat your asphalt with a new protective black finish.
CRACK SEALING
Crack sealing is a method in which hot rubberized sealant is applied to cracks to prevent water intrusion.

COMMERCIAL PARKING LOT STRIPING & MAINTENANCE
Parking Lot Striping provides organized traffic flow and clearly marked parking stalls and areas for vehicles to park. An effective parking lot striping layout consists of bright, durable line striping for stalls, arrows for entrances and exits, arrows for directional flow on parking lots, handicap parking spaces, clearly marked fire lane areas and more. We use WA DOT approved traffic paints.
ASPHALT PATCHING
Asphalt Patching is a cost effective way of preserving the asphalt preventing further damage. Potholes and loose failing asphalt can create a unsafe environment for cars and pedestrians.
